Marsala is a fortified wine with Controlled Denomination of Origin (DOC) produced in Sicily, in the Trapani province, with the exception of the municipalities of Pantelleria, Favignana, and Alcamo. Around the world is used in the kitchen and at the table, as an aperitif or with the dessert, during the meal, or in place of the sorbet, cold, warm or at room temperature.
