Bolgheri wine is produced in the homonym area, located in the Province of Livorno, Tuscany. Thanks to the particular characteristics of the soil and of the climate, in the area are well adapted varieties of Bordeaux origin. Most of the wines produced have the denomination "Bolgheri DOC". The production of Bolgheri rosé is allowed in the town of Castagneto Carducci. It is a pink colored wine, with a delicate bouquet and a dry and harmonious taste.
