Tocai Friulano
Tocai is a wine originating in the Veneto, but since 1600 is mainly grown in Friuli. The grapes have a woody vine and dark in color, with small and crushed stones. Its main feature, like wine, is the pleasing aroma and bitter almond flavor, thus leading producers not to exceed with the aromas, to avoid a too demanding wine, heavy and not easy to drink, as it should be Friulano. Another striking feature of this wine is the bitter aftertaste, enjoyed in limited quantities. As for color, Friulano has a pale straw yellow; a sign of youth and elegance.
