Are considered "vegan" all those wines that have been subjected to a verification process, by a third entity, that indicate that all the production process, agronomic and enological, are carried out not using any product and/or animal equipment. These wines usually have a specific market, those vegans consumers who desire a product in the total absence of animal exploitation. Usually the certifications for this kind of product have some requirements: the prohibition of the use of animal facilities in all stages of the process; the prohibition of the use, in the process of vinification, additives of animal origin, that all the materials used are not of animal origin, a special sticker will be affixed on the label, which establishes the vegan characteristics of the wine.
