Organic Wines
Organic wine is the legal definition for all those wines certified by a third party certification body following the EU regulations. The grapes used come from certified organic agriculture, this implies bans in the use of pesticides, herbicides, pesticides and fertilizing synthesis. In addition, the regulation requires to the farmer practices to ensure the fertility of the fund, and sustainable agriculture. The products must have permission, also certified organic origin and within the limits set and well defined, levels of sulfur dioxide in the bottled product reduced compared to the "conventional" wine. All the production phases, from the vineyard to the bottle, are traced through appropriate documentation flows.
