CFDF - China Food & Drink Fair 2021

From April the 3rd to the 9th in Chengdu was held the 104th edition of the CFDF (China Food and Drinks Fair) taking place at the International Exhibition Center of West China International Expo and in the various Hotels. This year's CFDF attracted 4106 industry manufacturers from 42 countries and regions, with a total area of 215,000 square meters, making the exhibition scale the highest ever. The wine and international spirits exhibition area covers a total area of 55,000 square meters, bringing together more than 900 professional exhibitors. Reminiscent is that France, Spain, Italy, Chile, Germany, the United States and other national government departments or leading industry associations organized wineries and enterprises to participate in the exhibition."The high quality of exhibitors across the region will make the trip worthwhile."The current CFDF is the most popular in recent years, with the largest number of participating manufacturers. Because of the epidemic, the Spring CFDF was held online last year, but this year, quality manufacturers and customers gathered together.

Two years later, under the organization of the Italian Consulate General in Chongqing, the Italian National Pavilion was once again unveiled in Chengdu. This year's pavilion covers an area of 192 square meters, and 12 Italian wine companies (including 100ITA) will present the best wines of Italy. Guido Bilancini, Consul General of Italy in Chongqing, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Italian National Pavilion. Italy is the world's largest wine producer with an annual output of 46.6 billion litres. The consul general attaches great importance to this exhibition and hopes to promote the high quality of Italian wine through this exhibition.

100ITA attended once again this important event, maybe the one with the most resonance in China, with its authentic Italian wines and food products: satisfy the curiosity and spread the culture and love for the real Made in Italy food and wines among all the visitors. More than 30 producers took part to these important event, like Tua Rita, Frescobaldi, Antica Realta’, … .

In particular this important and exclusive Fair was the perfect occasion for the official presentation of Art Wine created all over the world, 100% handmade in Italy, designed by the Artist Simone Filosi (and only available in the official shop of 100ITA in JD.com). “Antica Realtà” is the name of this very special wine, a Moscato Rosè in which the classic Moscato d’Asti white is blended with an ancient grape of Black moscato rediscovered by the producer of the wine.  It attracted guests with a high degree of visual and gustatory love.
