The ice cream flavors are a lot, from classics with fruit such as strawberry and lemon to cream and chocolate flavors, but recently in the ice-cream parlor all over the world there are ice cream with particular and curious tastes to satisfy the most demanding palates: in Italy, for example, pizza taste gelato with a base of mozzarella of Vico Equense, San Marzano DOP tomatoes jam, chopped toasted white pizza with organic flour and a sprinkling of dried basil; the rustic taste with tricolor bruschetta ice cream, cherry tomatoes, Colonnata lard and pesto; truffle and saffron flavor gelato called "Black Diamond", a luxury ice cream, due to its price, the most expensive in the world. These are only some of many variations to the classic flavors of ice cream.
