The Italian antipasti helped making the Italian cuisine famous worldwide in a extensive and exclusive way. Everyone loves a nice plate of cold cured meats, accompanied perhaps by some mushroom or artichokes in oil or maybe a nice plate of fried vegetables. Ideal as fresh appetizers to start a meal or as a flow rate in a buffet or to put together a dinner, these dishes can be also simply enjoyed while sitting on the sofa watching television.
