The liquor is a solution composed of alcohol, sugar and water, hot or cold prepared, flavored with vegetable extracts. Liqueurs and spirits should not be confused with each other because of different techniques produttive.I liquors are artificial preparations; ie alcoholic beverages obtained by union of alcohol of agricultural origin with essential oils, or obtained by maceration (cold), infusion (hot) or percolation alcohol with herbs or aromatic substances Specifically, the chocolate liqueur is a liqueur produced by maceration of chocolate seeds and subsequent infusion in alcohol with vanilla and simple syrup. It can be added glycerin to make the full-bodied and strong liquor.
