Authentic Italian Table

The event was organized within the worldwide project "True Italian Taste", promoted by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad in order to enhance and safeguard the authentic Italian food and wine products.

The event was opened to experts (Journalists, media, KOL, bloggers, restaurants, importers and distributors) to promote and taste the most authentic Italian food and wines.

The local public will consist of: nutritionists and experts in the field; Chinese representatives of the local F&B distribution networks; Italian food and wine lovers.

Many important Italian sectors brand, like Venchi, Fabbri, and many others attended by representing each some regions of Italy. 100ITA represented the Emilia Romagna together with the Italian restaurant Sorì and some products of the Cantina di Carpi and Sorbara and Due Vittore.

The event was the occasion to attribute the important awards“Ospitalità Italiana” to the best Italian restaurant in Beijing that assure to Chinese customers the use of the best quality products.

The Ministry Counselor of the diplomatic Chancellery of Italian Embassy in China Giuseppe Fedele and the President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Davide Cucino delivered an important speech on the importance of the origin of the product that we are going to eat due in particular to safety and health reasons.

The event was a great success among the Chine audience and the international community that live in China and after the event has an impressive attention by Chinese media.
