Top Wine 2017 is the most important Wine and Spirits fair in Northern China; thisyear it was held from the 22^th to the 24^th of May at the National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing, China. This fair gatheredexhibitors from various countries all over the world, featuring France, Australia, the United States, Germany and Spain. Besides, the Italian producers remarked the presence of a considerable amount of Wine and Spirits operators.

Top Wine China is a significant gateway for market expansion in the central-northern area of China, nevertheless involving expansion opportunities all over China as well. This year 100ITA organized the main Italian pavilion, involving some of the most renowned Italian wineries,such as the Carpi and Sorbara Winery and the Tosti 1820 Winery, and some of the gastronomic products that define better the Italian cooking tradition, such as La Madia Regale truffles and the extravirgin olive oil that was awarded as the best blend by the prestigious Gambero Rosso Guide, produced by Decimi. Moreover,this year’s edition also featured a cooperation with Fabio Falanga, chef of La Dolce Vita Restaurant in Beijing, resulting in the creation of enogastronomic pairings with wines and Italian typical regional products.
