Truffle Dinner, Beijing

For one night, truffles, “thediamonds at the table”, were freely enjoyed in Beijing thanks to 100ITA incollaboration with CruItaly and Restaurant La Dolce Vita. A truffle dinner,with a selection of white and black truffles by “La Madia Regale” was held on11/11, one of the days with the highest peak in e-commerce purchases related tothe “Singles Holiday”(November the eleventh: 1-1-1-1). Truffles from Umbria region, thegreen heart of Italy, were wisely paired with Frescobaldi Nipozzano, Cantina diCarpi e Sorbara’s Galante Lambrusco, Vette and San Leonardo wines. MarquessAnselmo Guerrieri Gonzaga owner of San Leonardo winery, joined us forcelebrations.
