THE 16TH BEIJING INTERNATIONAL FOOD AND CATERING INNOVATION EXPO

From March 18th to 20th, 2026, the 16th Beijing International Food and Catering Innovation Expo was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall). This expo focused on the supply and demand connection and regional collaboration within the food and catering industry chain. It was jointly organized for the first time by the Beijing Food Association, the Beijing Catering Industry Association, and Beijing Henghui International Exhibition Co., Ltd., aiming to create a high-quality exchange and cooperation platform for the food and catering industry in the northern region and contribute to the construction of Beijing as an international consumption center city.

This year's Food and Catering Expo has brought together over 600 domestic and international brands, forming a matrix of exhibition areas covering core fields such as catering ingredients, seasonings and condiments, ready-to-eat meals, smart equipment, and central kitchens. It comprehensively showcases the innovative achievements and development trends of the entire catering industry chain. Moreover, enterprises from countries like Italy, Pakistan, Vietnam, South Korea, and Uganda have made their appearances, launching a new chapter of global food and catering industry cooperation with an international lineup. Without leaving the capital, you can savor flavors from around the world; with just one visit to the expo, you can connect with global resources.

100ITA attended once again this important event, maybe the one with the most resonance in China, with its authentic Italian wines and food products: satisfy the curiosity and spread the culture and love for the real Made in Italy food and wines among all the visitors. More than 10 producers took part to these important event, like Torlasco, Tosti, I Somelieri, Bortolomilol, Antica Realta… .
