Official Opening Gala Dinner for the "4th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World"

On November 15th, 2019 in the occasion of the official presentation in China of the “Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World”, at the Italian Embassy was held the annual special event of promotion of “Made in Italy”.
This year's China leg of the global Italian food week was witnessed by chef Luigi Nastri, who is one of the most innovative faces of Italian cuisine, working on some of the most realistic issues of food waste and proper feeding of children.
The special menu of the Opening Gala Dinner was created by the Michelin Starred Chef Luigi Nastri in cooperation with 100ITA: 5 exquisite and innovative dishes were carefully prepared by the chef and were meticulously paired with a rare collection of vintage Italian wines selected by 100ITA.
This year, only in China, more than 100 events are planned in 14 Chinese cities, much longer than the official date of this year's food week (November 18 to 24). The events, which include seminars, conferences, cooking classes, tasting sessions, concerts and photo exhibitions, will be held not only in metropolises such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, guangzhou and chongqing, but also in sanya, leshan and kunming.
This Gala Dinner and all the important program of the events realized in China is really important to allow Chinese people to know better and better the most authentic culture of Italian food and wines.
